Meetings

In order to strengthen research collaboration and knowledge sharing among partners, DCSMART organizes a wide range of meetings as follows:

1. Kick-off and annual meetings: The kick-off meeting was held at TU Delft on April 2016, while the first annual meeting at Fraunhofer IISB on June 2017. Note that the second annual meeting will take place at CSEM in Switzerland on June 2018.
2. Supervisory board meeting: Every sixth month, the supervisory board of DCSMART meets via Skype where the current status and progress of all the partners are discussed.
3. Meetings with DCSMART User Board: Not only the user board of DCSMART actively attend the annual meetings, but also separate meetings and workshops with the user board are arranged to continually discuss the status and future directions of the project.
4. Meetings with PhDs and supervisors: In order to improve the research collaboration between the PhDs, meetings with all the PhDs and supervisors are also held.
